DESCRIPTION:YOGA & “THE GOLDEN BREATH” AT TRIKALA CORINTHIAS! 3-DAY RETREAT \nNOVEMBER 13-15\,  2020 \nEmbrace autumn on the mountain of Zeria at Trikala Corinthias (Trikala means: three times good)!  Rejuvenate and empower yourself with Yoga\, Qigong\, Breathing\, Meditation & Relaxation.  In this 3-day event\, we will focus on “The Golden Breath”… the vital breath that cultivates health\, tranquility\, joy and concentration. We will be in nature for the morning practices as autumn has the best colours and smells. \nIn TCM autumn corresponds to the Lungs and Large Intestine as lungs bring the nutritious Prana in the organism and discard along with the large intestine all unnecessary waste. Proper\, conscious and complete breathing in the lungs contributes to a clear mind\, fresh ideas\, improved communication and better health! \nThis is the season where nature prepares for winter by being more internal\, centralised and reflective as it leaves behind the openness and expansion of summer. In our lives\, it is a reflection of growing from youth to maturity where we leave behind all unnecessary physical and psychological baggage and as we mature\, we keep what is essentially needed for winter.
