DESCRIPTION:Envisioning Self & Society \nMystras 25-27 February 2022 \nThe “Vision Days” that we are launching this year\, are days of deepening into ourselves\, in our mind\, in our body and in our spirit. Through special physical activities\, yoga\, qigong\, concentration\, meditation\, walking\, breathing\, relaxation and contact with nature\, we envision our desired future self and starting to live the experience of our true self now! \nAlso\, by understanding the needs and purposes of our society\, we envision the desired future society we want to live in and how we can contribute to its creation. We are aware that the correct use of thoughts\, words and actions they can create a better tomorrow for us as they create ourselves and shape our environment. \nOur program includes morning walks and Qigong (Saturday we hike in a gorge and entering a cave with a church in it (about 30 ‘walk) and Sunday we walk into the archaeological site of ​​Mystras). Noon exercise is inspired by Yoga and in the evenings we experience the creative visions of ourselves and our society through Meditation. \nI invite you all to the wonderful “Pyrgos Mystras” (http://www.pyrgosmystra.gr/) for 2 nights with wonderful homemade breakfast and the Vision Days programme. \nInformation \ninfo@yogaingreece.org \n
