DESCRIPTION:We invite you to a unique experience of Relaxation\, Detoxing & Rejuvenation on Valentine’s day. The Essence of Love is our theme.   With assistance from Yoga\, Qigong\, Meditation and the healing properties of the Thermal Springs we delve into Love’s greater meaning\, from the single molecule to the entire cosmos.  \nWe stay at Thermae Sylla Spa Wellness Hotel\, repeatedly ranked one of the top 10 best Medical\, Thermal & Natural Spas in the world according to Conde Nast Traveller England.  \nBringing together the science of Yoga and the healing properties of the Thermal Springs the result is complete letting go and effortless cellular relaxation that acts as our foundation.  \nAdding proper nutrition and first class amenities it is guaranteed that your experience will be a memorable one! \n The daily Yoga program includes Asanas (specific yogic postures and exercises based on the Kripalu and other yogic disciplines)\, Pranayama (yogic breathing and cleansing techniques that detoxify and fully oxygenate the body) and Vipassana-Mindfulness Meditation to balance and equalize the awakened bodily and mental energies.  Meditation is a state that happens naturally after the mind is properly concentrated.  It occurs effortlessly when the proper conditions for the body/mind are set and mental obstacles are removed. \nThe program also includes Tai Chi – Chi Kung (Qigong)\, a highly restorative form of gentle exercise that means\, “Cultivating the Life Force”.   These seemingly easy movements open the acupuncture meridian channels and assist in the better circulation of energy and removal of toxins with great therapeutic results. \nThe daily Thermal Spa program includes one (recommended) or more daily baths in the therapeutic thermo-metallic waters in the external (35 degrees Celsius) and internal pool (37 degrees Celsius).  Both pools are equipped with hydro jets of all kinds and pressures.  These precious waters originate from a depth of 3000m with a consistency of metallic salts and trace elements of 32-45 grams/liter.  These waters have an excellent effect on myosceletal\, arthritic\, mobility and skin issues\, chronic inflammations\, migraines\, and symptoms of stress. \nThe daily vegetarian home made food is organically grown in the private estate of the owner and it is prepared with love in order to support the healthy purpose of the program with a variety of balanced meals\, juices\, fruits and nuts.  If you aren’t vegetarian\, it is a great opportunity to try it for the days of the retreat.  If not\, we may accommodate for organic meat as well. \n AIMS\n This retreat will help you to: \n\n ·      Learn & experience within you the essence of Love without the limitations of the mental chattering\n        Learn and practice Yoga Asanas\, Pranayamas and Qigong that relax and invigorate the organism bringing it to a higher level of health\n ·      Learn & practice the basics of Vipassana Mindfulness meditation\n .      Learn and practice ways to respect your body as a temple and treat it as such\n ·      Learn new ways to approach food – what\, when\, why and how to eat\n ·      Deeply relax through the combination of thermal baths\, relaxation techniques and meditation\n\nDAILY SCHEDULE\n\nDates:   February 14-16\, 2025\n \n08:00-09:25  Pranayama and Qigong performed outdoors next to a waterfall of thermal waters that falls into the sea (weather permitting) \n09:30-10:30  Breakfast \n12:00-12:30  Aqua Fitness (optional) \n13:00-14:30  Yoga & Relaxation Program \n18:00-18:30  Aqua Fitness (optional) \n19:30-21:00  Breathing- Vipassana Mindfulness Meditation \nProgram times may slightly vary. \n  \nMay You Always Choose to Be Loving\, Joyful\, Kind\, Peaceful! \n\n
