Through experience, the mind learns to rightly discriminate truth from untruth, unity from separation, wisdom from ignorance. All of the practices aim in the cultivation of the awareness of unity within so integration manifests at a deep cellular level. Only the expansion of Awareness from the personal to the interpersonal can bring true healing and peace of mind. Our retreat guarantees that you will become more aware of the miracle that you are, will bring you more mental peace, will release burdens from your heart and offer the experience of inner joy.
Our venue, Irene’s view villas, are offering a special experience of peace, seclusion, privacy and connection with nature’s elements. Nested on top of a hill, where silence is interweaved with birds singing, with the best view ever, each apartment has view on the garden, the pool and the sea! The property is located on a small hill with a 320 degree panoramic view of the neighbouring island of Antiparos and the sunset.
This wonderful place is ideal for our yoga retreat as it offers a unique space for our sessions. We practice yoga and meditation in a hall overlooking all of the SW Aegean sea just in front of us. Picture yourself practicing morning asanas facing the morning sun and quietly meditating as the sun sets accompanied by the sounds of flute. Learn healing techniques for the mind and body as you completely trust and let go. Experience the vibration of each vital bodily organ and how the quality of sensation changes as you practice acceptance, kindness, forgiveness and love towards yourself and the world. These practices allow the vital energy to flow freely within by dissolving and overcoming the toxic barriers of mental constructs and physical discomfort. Add the nourishing organic homemade food prepared on site by the owner and the recipe for complete relaxation and healing is guaranteed!
There are 2 beaches forming a “heart” shape just 5 minutes away!
The main port and the city of Paroikia is 5 km away and the small port of Punta for the ferry to Antiparos is only 2 km.
Antiparos is a small island just a mile off Paros and offers a variety of water-sports, horseback riding, kite surfing, boat rental and a wonderful cave to be explored!
In Paros, the temple of Apollon Delios, the byzantine trail through small villages and the 100-gate Orthodox church are just some of the options offered.

Have a complete asana practice for better flexibility, stamina, relaxation and overall health
Practice certain Qigong movements and Silent Qigong techniques in order to cultivate, still and direct the mind to the vital energy points of the organism for optimal health
