Welcome the new year of 2019 with a program about you, yourself and the world. Through Yoga, Chi Kung, Vipassana Mindfulness Meditation, Dialogue and being in Nature, we will observe the immediate relation and interaction of the body with the mind and experience the connection with that which we call “Self”.
We will breath the joy of life, hike and exercise in nature…We will meditate experiencing the inner peace that stems through being in the present moment…We will learn that we are creators and co-creators of our own reality…We will discover our infinite possibilities…and we will share our wonderful selves!
This program is for people who want to be in contact with nature and do small hikes… for people who see yoga as a medium to access their body’s inner wisdom… for people who are interested or versed in Vipassana and Mindfulness meditation… and for people who want to learn effective ways to calm the mind and have prosperous relationships with others.
Program begins on Friday evening, February 1rst, with a welcome introduction and information & practice of Vipassana and Mindfulness Meditation. Saturday morning we hike to the cave of Pana and we practice Pranayama & Chi Kung overlooking all the mountains of Arcadia up to mountain Taygetos in Sparta. After breakfast we rest and in the afternoon we practice Yoga asanas and pranayama. In the evening we practice Meditation next to the fireplace. On Sunday we take a different hiking route and we do Chi Kung amidst pine trees and small hills. Our retreat completes with a vibrant and joyful Yoga session.
We stay in the middle of Arcadia in a wonderful small hotel with 8 unique rooms and 2 cosy suites with fireplace at a very competitive price.
