“Being in the Present” – Yoga in the olive grove
May 4-7, 2018
Experience Yoga, Breathing, Meditation and Qigong in peaceful olive groves overlooking the sea. Hike in old stone trails and visit forgotten villages with magnificent views of the Peloponnese. Visit amazing beaches with natural spring waters overflowing and gushing from and into the sea!
We will embody the practice of “Being in the Present” throughout our stay as all of our practices are happening in natural settings. We will have 5-7 sessions of yoga, qigong, breathing and meditation. In over 25 years of practice and teaching, I have found that the above practices are of great benefit in absorbing the mind and stilling and relaxing the body. The whole experience is accentuated when the practice is done in nature and you are surrounded by the four elements.
